Cancellation & No Show Policy

Please give a 24 hour notice for any cancellations.

Life happens - I totally get it! Just as I value your time, I kindly ask the same in return.

•  If you cancel on the same day, appointments 30 minutes or longer will be charged in full, while 15-minute appointments are charged at 50%.
  
• No-call, no-show appointments will also be charged in full. If you reschedule on the same day, there may be a charge depending on how close we are to your appointment time. 

• If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

• Promotional packages are non-refundable, and any no-shows will be deducted from your package balance.
